Day Five of Camp Crush

What a week with Crush Hockey!
5 days of Camp Crush

Day Five of Camp Crush was filled with competition!  During Ice Session One, players competed in 4 Crush Skills Events: shooting accuracy, quickness, stick skills, and a shootout.  Directly after ice session one, the players competed in a variety of Off Ice Events run by Tom Forte.  The players challenged themselves and pushed each other through the following events:  T Drill for Quickness, Standing Broad Jump, Medicine Ball Toss, Wall Sit, and The Plank.  During Ice Session Two the players picked up the pace with full ice Flow Drills that incorporated a variety of skills taught throughout the week of Camp Crush.  Finally, during Ice Session Three the players enjoyed small games such as Ice Soccer, Ring Hockey, 3 on 3 Hockey and 30mins. of a full ice controlled scrimmage.

  1. My son had a great time at this camp. He was tired and sore each afternoon from the hard work but he was still anxious to return the next day. Great preparation for the upcoming season! Thanks again.
