We cater and coach the following; Speed, Quickness, Motor Neuron Reaction, Agility, Cadence, Foot Contact, Injury Prevention, Fitness and much more. Training will use the indoor track, sports courts and the weights room All training is sport specific as no two sports are alike.

The real questions are:
  • Are you as fast as you can be?
  • Do you want to increase your fitness?
  • Why are people over taking you?
  • Can you turn the ball / move round an opponent with ease? Or is it a struggle?
Our job, is to make you the best that you can be in what ever sport that you do. Let our Olympic coaching staff lead the way.

Signing up is easy. It is a 4 week rotational program. This means that you sign up for 4 weeks, if you enjoy it and see the benefits, which we promise you will, you can sign up for another 4 weeks.

To enroll, simply send an email to hadley.winthrop@gmail.com info@becorp.org or call on 856-278-2972 and state the name, age and sport of your player. We will contact you with the final bits of information after.

Sad News! Prep hockey player paralyzed after check

Minn. prep hockey player paralyzed after check

BROOKLYN CENTER, Minn.—The Minnesota State High School League is reminding hockey coaches and officials about eliminating checking from behind after a player suffered a paralyzing injury.
Sixteen-year-old sophomore Jack Jablonski of Benilde-St. Margaret's suffered a spinal injury when he was inadvertently checked from behind in a junior varsity hockey game last week.
The High School League sent a letter Tuesday to all hockey coaches, officials and league athletic administrators, urging them to renew their efforts to eliminate hitting from behind.
The league says it has emphasized reducing and removing checking from behind for nearly a decade.
League staff recommends that hockey coaches daily remind their players not to check from behind and that players "hit the brakes" when they see numbers on the jersey back.
Jablonski remains in critical condition at Hennepin County Medical Center
